Sweety

I am attracted to the combination of coffee and rum. This four layer cake is so flavorful with coffee butter cream filling and rum syrup. For decoration, I like to make white chocolate butterfly as it gives the cake a dramatical look. I also use white chocolate to completely cover the entire cake.

Pineapple strudels

This simple strudel is a delicious treat. Philo dough wrap layers with butter make this a crispy tropical sweet which blends well with the sour taste of pineaple.

Steam Tapioca Cake

This cake is a traditional Vietnamese sweet. It is a steamed cake made layer by layer with tapioca and rice flour. The 10 layer ingredients also include coconut cream and green mung bean with coconut cream.

This type of flour (brand Red Mill) is so perfect for the cake.

Dragonfly Cake

This cake ... has some yellow butterflies on it too..
I use waffler paper for the wings, marzipan for head and tail.
A very light sponge pandan flavor cake, filled with raspberries mousse whipping cream cover and chocolate shaves.
