Waffle , ButterMilk Waffle

8 tablespoons (1 stick) melted unsalted butter, plus, more for waffle iron
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs, separated, room temperature
2 cups butter milk, or regular milk room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Grease waffle iron with a small amount of melted butter, and heat. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour into dry mixture, and combine.
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold whites into batter.
Ladle about 1/3 cup batter onto each section of
the waffle grid; spread batter almost to the edges. Close lid, and bake 3 to 5 minutes, until no steam emerges from waffle iron.

Carrot Cake

Carrot cake

4 eggs
180ml oil

Egg and oil together in a bowl

450g peeled carrots
400g sugars
2 g salt
Carrots and sugar, salt in a bowl

250g flour
7g cinnamon
3 g baking soda
2 g baking powder
Sift together

Mix the egg and carrots together then add dry ingredients, bake at 325-340F


400g cream cheese
115g melt butter
200g icing sugar (sift)

Soft the cream cheese and icing sugar in the electric mixer, add melt the butter

250 g flour
15g yeast (use fresh yeast) 8g dry yeast
15g sugar
3 eggs
50ml water
75g melted
Cách làm:
Mix egg and dry ingredients all together in the mixing bowl
Use dough hook mix the dough for 5 minutes then pour the melted butter for 1 minute
Pipe in Savarin mold ¾ of the side. Proffer until double side Bake at 350F
