Harvest time

Zucchini Muffin

250g Zucchini , shred
300g sugar
315g flour
30g grind flax seed meal
250g oil
5g/ 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 egg
180 ml milk
10g / 2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ginger
Add sugar in Zucchini , beat egg mix with all the rest ingredients , fold in Zucchini mixture
bake at 350-375F
